As the first month of school kicks off, we know it comes with a mix of excitement and adjustment. New classes, new routines, and new opportunities are all ahead, and as the temperatures begin to cool, it’s the perfect time to settle in and find your rhythm. We’re here to support you every step of the way and that includes making sure you don’t miss out on the scholarships that can make this year a little easier.

To help you start the semester strong, we’ve rounded up this month’s featured scholarships you can apply for right now. Big or small, every award makes a difference. These scholarships are open now and waiting for your application.

AES Engineering Scholarship:
Scholarship Details: Essay, students do not need to be taking engineering courses to apply
Deadline: October 8th
Award Amount: $500
Eligibility Snapshot: For high school seniors and all college students

Coupon Birds Help to Save Scholarship:
Scholarship Details: Video, proof of enrollment
Deadline: October 10th
Award Amount: $1,000 and $500 to four second place winners
Eligibility Snapshot: For High School and College Students

Michael Rudometkin Memorial Scholarship:
Scholarship Details: Essay
Deadline: October 15th
Award Amount: $500 each to two winners
Eligibility Snapshot: Any current student involved in their community

Women in STEM Scholarship:
Scholarship Details: Essay
Deadline: October 20th
Award Amount: $1,000
Eligibility Snapshot: Any female high school senior, undergraduate, or graduate student who is a U.S. citizen or permanent legal resident pursuing STEM

Combating Campus Issues Scholarship:
Scholarship Details: Essay, Transcript, Resume
Deadline: October 31st
Award Amount: $1,000
Eligibility Snapshot: Students enrolled in an accredited community college, junior college, undergraduate, or graduate program

Fox Pest Control Scholarship:
Scholarship Details: Essay
Deadline: October 31st
Award Amount: $7,500 ($5,000 scholarship, $2,500 charitable donation)
Eligibility Snapshot: For current college students or college students starting in Spring 2026

Delete Cyberbullying Beyond School Walls Scholarship:
Scholarship Details: Essay

Award Amount: $1,000
Eligibility Snapshot: For high school student (9th-12th grader), college student or graduate student

Zombie Apocalypse Scholarship:
